I designed and coordinated an email newsletter via Mailchimp - this was the first time to use an email distribution software. The content was patterned after print material. Targeted to a select group of customers, skewed toward middle-aged and female. Formatting and content adhered to brand guidelines, was accessible and straightforward. Open rates averaged 15-25%.

I was actively involved in a biweekly production cycle from 2012 to 2013. I designed and documented the template and process workflow for Mailchimp then delegated to internal staff. I provided continued supervision, UAT and QA, and monitoring.

My mom is one of the officers of this organization and she asked me and my partner to help them out. I provided project coordination and copywriting, information architecture, UAT and QA.

From 2011-2013, I coordinated the development and implementation of the online ordering channel for Avon. I worked closely with many team members including PR, Brand, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Supply Chain. In order to align with the biweekly production cycle of the eBrochure (patterned after a paper catalogue), my team was responsible for product data and merchandising in the online ordering channel, picking and packing, billing, and delivery.
